Founded by Shanequa E. Moore, I'RAISE started as a tutoring program providing educational services to elementary and middle school youth, successfully increasing the school progress and performance of students in NYC public schools.

In 2012, I'RAISE evolved into the I'RAISE Girls Mentoring Program providing mentoring and supportive services to at-risk teen youth at the Edenwald Community Center in the Bronx, NY.

In 2013, I'RAISE evolved into the I'RAISE Girls & Boys Int'l Corporation servicing all youth of color in NYC. I'RAISE has reached over 3,000 youth and families in Bronx NY through providing free quality youth programs and free community events. I'RAISE continues to impact and empower youth and raise the outcomes of young people in NYC.
