The One Taekwondo – Castaic

The ONE TaeKwonDo offers traditional martial art classes classes to students ages 3 and up. Our classes focus on teaching the 5 basic topics of Taekwondo including forms, board breaking, self defense, sparring, and knowledge. We also emphasize life skills such as Focus, Discipline, Integrity, Respect, and Control. Classes are taught in a family friendly environment in a game style format to keep our students engaged and focused.
